Welcome to our Pet-Friendly Waterside Beach Getaway in one of the Best locations for stunning Bay views and immediate beach access. This beautifully transformed Cottage can comfortably accommodate 7 guests in 3 bedrooms.
It has a central bathroom with a bath, separate laundry and toilet.
The Living/Dining room leads into the front kitchen which overlooks the Glistening Waters of Port Phillip Bay.
There is a rear-facing undercover patio should you decide to enjoy outdoor dining on those warmer nights.
The property is situated on a Large grassy block with ample space to pitch a tent, parking and Watercraft.
The boat ramp is only a few hundred metres away plus an easy short stroll to the popular “Provincia” cafe and Tassells Cove off leash Dog beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect. Beautiful big back and front yard for our dog. The ocean views were amazing, along with the fact, we could just cross the road and go for some decent walks along the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable. Could not fault anything at all. Janette is a wonderful and kind host. Look forward to coming back!
