“Sunset Views” is exactly as the name suggests!
Witness the Amazing ever-changing Waterscape right from your own front deck whilst enjoying a Coffee or afternoon Cocktail.
This gorgeous couples Studio is only steps from the white sandy beach and a few minutes from popular cafes and eateries.
There is a Kitchenette with Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave and Oven.
Tea, Coffee and Toast making facilities are provided along with all the basic cooking essentials.
This Romantic Studio is surprisingly spacious and is divided into a Living, Kitchen, Bed and a separate large bathroom with an oversized shower and bathing products.
Your bedroom has a King size bed with Deluxe Linen and Luxurious Bathrobes with complimentary slippers.
We have added a fold out sofa if you would like to add guests - now sleeps up to 4 guests.
Do everything the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer or do nothing except chill and relax on the beach.

We had the most beautiful stay at Sunset views. If you are thinking of booking, don't hesitate! Literally a stones throw from the beach, the view is absolutely stunning at any time of day. Janette is so friendly and did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! the stunning decor, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, location, it has everything you could want and more for your stay. Janette was an outstanding, warm, helpful and responsive host. Check in went like clockwork and she even had chilled water for me on arrival. The accomodation was spotless, new and beautifully presented. It has everything you need for a getaway with beach views (across the road from the beach). The bed was luxuriously comfortable and I had a very relaxing and pampering stay. They even had a Nespresso machine !! There was fantastic storage, with a full size fridge with freezer and a fabulous tv set up It was so comfortable It was difficult to leave!
