Totally renovated from top to bottom with views of the Bay from the lounge room and kitchen, you will never miss a moment to capture those incredible and amazing Sunsets.
Sunset Haven comprises of 2 bedrooms, the main accommodates 2 guests and has its own ensuite.
The second bedroom contains a Double/Double bunk sleeping 4 and shares a separate bathroom.
There is a large lounge room with 2 sofa beds allowing for a further 4 guests.
The property is fully Airconditioned and for those chilly evenings, has a gas log Fireplace.
A covered Front and Rear decked patio for entertaining on those beautiful Summer evenings completes the amenities supplied by this First Rate residence.
Off-street parking in the large rear yard allows for your cars, boats, or jet skis.
(There may be an opportunity to bring a caravan or pitch a tent out back for those overflow guests, extra fees apply)
